Request for Proposals (RFP): Summer Enrichment Partners
The Opp Project, in collaboration with Tulsa Public Schools, is seeking proposals from organizations to deliver afternoon enrichment programs at designated summer learning sites in July 2026.
Summer 2026 Enrichment Expansion
In partnership with Tulsa's Expanded Learning community, The Opp has a vision that every young Tulsan has access to high-quality dynamic summer programs. While we continue to deepen our partnership with Tulsa Public Schools, we know that there are many youth who lack access to these opportunities. We want to learn from you, if funding were available, what programs could you offer and how many youth could you reach this upcoming summer.
