Tulsa EnrichED is an after‑school club program by The Opp Project. It empowers Tulsa Public Schools, Union Public Schools, and San Miguel Middle School staff to design and lead engaging enrichment clubs for students. Leaders are paid $25/hour to bring their club ideas to life.

Any currently employed teacher or support staff member in the eligible districts can apply. No specific certification is required. Leaders design their own programming based on student interests.
* You may also lead a club aligned with specific program curriculum, such as LEGO robotics, OERB Fossils to Fuel, or BotBall!

• Leaders earn $25 per hour.

• Includes paid orientation time and a $100 prep stipend.

• The Opp offers professional development, program evaluation support, and supplies reimbursement.

Examples include Gardening, Robotics, STEAM, Art, Culinary, Yoga, Book Club, Girls Who Code, Drama, Leadership, Mindfulness, LEGO, Dance, and many more. Clubs are chosen based on student interest and educator passion.

• Submit your club idea and application via the Tulsa EnrichED page.

• Attend one of the mandatory orientation sessions in early September.

• A free “Club Ready Workshop” is offered once a semester to help plan your club, including items like lesson planning, goal setting, and classroom management.

The limit does not exist!

In all seriousness, you are welcome to apply for as many clubs as you feel capable of supporting. Tulsa EnrichED operates with limited funding, so that will be a major factor in determining this.

We require a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 30 students per club.

*If your club reaches more than 30 students regularly, you will be eligible for a co-leader.

You are required to track all attendance data in our one-of-a-kind data system, TIDEL. Learn more about TIDEL here.

Additionally, our team is trained in PQA and SAYO assessments, so we will be collecting robust data on your Tulsa EnrichED club.
