Network Partners

Youth-serving organizations can play an active role in our mission to improve and increase access to Expanded Learning in Tulsa as Network Partners.

Network Partners are expected to use TIDEL to track attendance. This yields data regarding average daily attendance, hours of programming provided, number of programs available, and more. Thorough attendance records also help to ensure youth safety. A data sharing agreement must be in place for all partners accessing TIDEL.

Cost Savings: Typically, a robust system for tracking youth engagement, especially one integrated with school district data, could range from $15,000 to $50,000+ annually.

Network Partners participate in the Survey of Academic and Youth Outcomes (SAYO) to capture youth voice surrounding programming. These nationally recognized, validated surveys are administered by Opp Project staff. Survey results are distributed to Network Partners. A partner agreement must be in place to conduct the SAYO.

Cost Savings: $600+

Network Partners participate in Program Quality Assessments and engage in the Continuous Quality Improvement process toward nationally recognized best practices in youth development. These observations are completed by Opp Project staff and reports are provided to Network Partners including section scores, feedback, and recommendations. A partner agreement must be in place to participate in a PQA. Network partners will receive reporting and analysis of their program (Program Partner Report) that can be easily incorporated into grant and marketing materials.

Cost Savings: $1,500+

Network Partners have access to custom-tailored, onsite professional development trainings from The Opp Project staff. These trainings are designed around high-quality youth development programming.

Cost Savings: $3,000+

The Opp Project has community and school connections throughout Tulsa that we are happy to leverage for the benefit of the Tulsa community. Network Partners have The Opp Project as a partner in navigating district relationships and the expanded learning landscape overall.

Cost Savings: priceless

Apply to be a SY26/27 Network Partner!

Applications open July 13-August 17.

At the Opp, we believe that high-quality programming is a North Star and not a final destination. As a capacity builder, we strive to equip Tulsa's youth serving community with the skills, resources, and tools to implement high-quality programming. Network Partnership is for those organizations who want to rigorously engage in our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) cycle for the duration of the upcoming school year.

If selected as a SY26/27 partner, your organization will have access to a structured opportunity to engage in CQI including:

  • Surveys on Academic and Youth Outcomes (SAYOs)

  • Program Quality Assessments (PQAs) from Certified External Assessors

  • professional learning opportunities including but not limited to Youth Work Methods and Social Emotional Learning Methods aligned with PQAs

  • semesterly reports

  • and more as needed!

We know that not every organization has the time and capacity to devote to this, but we do know that organizations who have been able to engage in this process have improved program quality, reduced disruptive behaviors from youth, and increased staff's felt and reported preparedness.
