*$27.50 reflects the rate for all district partners except Union Public Schools.
This rate is subject to taxes if exceeding the current IRS threshold for 1099 income. (Union partners to refer to the district for afterschool pay rates.)
The Opp Project pays Tulsa EnrichED Leaders $27.50* an hour to create, adopt, and implement afterschool clubs within their school communities.

How it Works
Complete the online application
This step is required each semester for all club leaders.
Get notified
by e-mail
Our team will review and approve applications, then send approval and denial e-mails to all applicants.
Attend an
in-person orientation
In-person orientations are held each semester. Choose your orientation and meet the team!
Complete paperwork and request supplies
First, send us your supplies list! Then, depending on your district, funded leaders will need to sign an agreement and enroll in our direct deposit system.
Facilitate club and track attendance
You set your own schedule! Facilitate club meetings, communicate with families, and track attendance in TIDEL.

Club and Leader Eligibility
We welcome you to apply if you…
Are employed by one of our eligible districts (not in your first year)
Feel ready to design and facilitate an afterschool program including activities to last throughout an entire semester
Feel ready to recruit and engage at least 10 youth
Do not plan to charge participating youth for engaging in your program
Plan to be the primary facilitator of your afterschool program
Limits to know…
We do not currently fund tutoring clubs
We welcome sports clubs, but do not fund athletic teams
We cannot fund co-leaders for first time clubs without first meeting strict attendance requirements
We cannot fund supplies exceeding $100 per semester per club
Clubs cannot include proselytizing in any form

Our Tulsa EnrichED club leaders can either create their own curriculum or bring one of these outstanding programs to their school sites.
